individuals. To aid our students by equipping them with the right skills necessary

to face any challenges the future may bring during their career in the security industry

Solution Six has been recognised as one of the fastest growing security training companies

within the area. We believe this is down to our firm beliefs and understanding our

customers business needs. We can provide references from satisfied customers

who have looked to us for their security training needs for over the last four years.

Our trainers bring with them a wealth of knowledge gained from many years working

in their chosen sectors on the frontline in security roles. This knowledge is passed onto

the student through modern teaching techniques. All of our staff started working in the

industry as guards or door supervisors so understand the difficulties a person can face when

choosing the right course.

Old but firm values,

There are many companies in the current market that are out to make a quick

pound then move on to the next customer. We are constantly bucking the trend

and the list below is the reasoning behind it,

- Free re-sits. In the unlikely event that you fail a course we have a set procedure for

getting you through it.

1) Listening to you, asking where you think it could have been better and improvements could be made.

2) Allowing you to attend an agreed amount of the course as needed to cover

any areas which you feel you struggled on. This could be as little as one session

or as much as the whole course.

3) Re-sit the exam.

We do not charge for any re-sits,

- No cancelled courses, There are a few training firms who will ask to take your number

and call you back when they have enough students to run a course. This is not a practice

we undertake. As long as there is one student booked on a course we will run that course.

The only time a course is ever cancelled is in the unlikely event there is no students booked.

- Old fashioned values, We have been around long enough now to understand what

our customers value the most. We will go out of our way to make your learning

experience as enjoyable and beneficial as possible.

- Drip pricing, So you have seen a place on the internet or in the paper who are offering you

the course for a great price, you phone them up only to find out that you have to pay extra for

certificates etc. We do not undertake this practice, the price you see is the price you pay. All

of our instructors and the managing director come from the security industry and started their

career as a security guard or door supervisor so we understand how frustrating it is when this
